I have seen some of the comments but it was still not clear on how does one resolve this. To thoroughly wring it out I would have downloaded firewall settings into a text file and looked for missing/disabled things Godaddy's sftp needed - might be ports, protocols, etc.
I have contacted the technical support (gave them correct hostname, user name and passwords) and they said there seem to be a problem on the remote site and the technician said they did rest the system but I'm still getting the error. Went back to the open browser window, put the firewall setting back, saved, done. Response:Ē20 You will be disconnected after 30 minutes of inactivity.
